Open Active provides the George Squash Club with excellent service. The transfer from the old booking system was smooth. Thank you JB for your assistance
Open Active makes the digital part of tennis simple and fun. One of the things I really like about it is that when I moved from Cape Town and joined George Tennis Club, I could keep using the same profile and booking system I was already familiar with from Constantia Tennis Club. It made the transition seamless and meant there was nothing new to learn. A great experience as a player.
As club manager of Welgemoed Tennis Club, I've been impressed by how willing Open Active is to listen to feedback and add new features. They assisted at a moment's notice and helped us implement features such as raffle ticket sales and additional ranking categories tailored to our club's needs. Great service and a platform that keeps improving.
As someone who works during the day, it used to be frustrating having to drive to the club just to put my name on the booking sheet and hope there was still a court available. Being able to book from my phone has made tennis so much easier and more convenient. It is a huge improvement for Constantia Tennis Club and makes it much simpler to plan a game around work and family life.
Durbanville Tennis Club has been with Open Active for many years now. One of the things we really value is being able to give input on how we wanted membership payments to work for our club. The system keeps improving and evolving, and we would not want to go back to not having Open Active. I would highly recommend Open Active to any tennis club looking for a modern and easy-to-use booking system.
